How to view .jnt (Tablet PC Journal) file on a non-TabletPC Machine.

Because of OS differences you can't directly view a .jnt file on a non-Tablet PC. The two possible solutions I know is :

1. Microsoft Journal Viewer, which allows Journal files to be viewed directly on any XP machine.

2. Convert .jnt file to PDF by printing it to any freely available virtual printer driver. Since PDF is universal it can be viewed on any machine.
You may use freely available CutePDF writer to as a virtual PDF printer.
